Concrete Jungle ~ NYC.. Life Unplugged

There are some moments when life flashes by, and you drop everything that you are doing or thinking to stand in awe of those moments. It all started with imagine cup New York in july. I really don’t think a blog can pen down all about the city that never sleeps – NEW YORK, USA. The most extravagant stay at Marriot Marquis, Broadway, makes you feel like a New Yorker. A perfect place to consume all the energy. New York on the whole gives you a fabulous experience.. you can quietly partake or watch all the fun..A walk through the Times square is a must for all.. the lights, the crowd, the naked cowboy, Fifth avenue, Hard rock café, restaurants, theatres.. best place to experience the fast moving life.. And if you are someone who loves a silence greenery and you find yourself in the midst of huge buildings, NYC can never be a disappointment for you.. You have a great place to wander away from the frenzie gust of NYC , yes its Central Park – with extensive walk paths, lakes, zoo, strawberry field, Harlem.. New York is an epitome for those who love fun.. The musem of Natural History is a great educational gateway for kids. is well known for it's exhibits like the full-scaled blue whale ( the largest living animal ) that hangs from the ceiling of the Milstein Family hall of ocean life, it's famous fossil collection, the planetarium and so many others. My personal favorite exhibit is "The Hall of the Age of Man" know called "The Hall of Human Biology". This exhibit has the most in dept history of human evolution in the world. It has a collection of anatomically correct models of are ancestor's and other early primates. The Rockefeller centre is one of the most popular attractions in NYC. A beautiful New York destination all year long, the Rockefeller Center is home to numerous NY events, including the lighting of the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree. This iconic NYC landmark has been featured in dozens of films and TV shows over the past century, and is home to the legendary NBC Studios and Saturday Night Live. With its serene statues and beautiful art nouveau murals, Rockefeller Center is also a popular destination for art enthusiasts in NYC. The Rockefeller Center features Top of the Rock - an observation deck atop the GE Building with panoramic views of Central Park and the Empire State Building. The lower plaza, you have a nice view of the sculpture of Prometheus and the GE building. How can one forget the Charging bull or the Wall Street bull, a 7100 Lb Bronze sculpture.. As you head down the road, you head to the Memorial for the WTC.. Wat moved me the most was the Amex memorial for their 11 employees.. last but not the least..you see a beautiful monument that depicts the symbol of friendship between France and USA.. Yes it's the Statue of Liberty, located in the harbor of NY. The historical gateway for millions of immigrants to the United States , the Ellis Island. The friendly neighborhoods - China Town, Little italy, greenwhich village,soho and the must walk thru the oldest suspension Brooklyn bridge would make you feel all new and fresh.

This magical city can never be described in words..The song by Aliciakeys is so perfect.. Concrete jungle where dreams are made of.. there’s nothing you cant do.. Lets hear it for New York, These streets will make you feel brand new big lights will inspire you.. Lets hear it for New York New York New York..!!

Men and Women Don't Think Alike But Let's Be Fair !

There's a famous saying that men are from mars and women are from venus. is merely a superficial conclusion when keeping in mind all the differences and yet the similarities that exist between a man and a woman. Though men and women never get along well they are meant to be together . This is where the blame game starts. Trying to decode each others mind in the same time makes things more complicated .


Well, what makes me write this is coz of my good sweet loving friends rohan and viks who were having this conversation over dinner on how complicated gurls are to be impressed. Truly speaking gurls are very simple only if you know to look beyond the complications. Its about how you break the barrier. Now lets see whats going on in his mind .Their way to deal with us ie women is to basically agree to a lot of comments and critique we make. And then they apologize to make things better.
We never really unfold their minds to see what is really inside them, and what makes them the way they are.  On the outside a lot of men seem to be very self confident, macho man carry themselves like gentlemen, demonstrate their etiquette and good manners. On the inside, they are just like everyone else, have concerns and sensitive issues. They have fears and desires, that sometimes they can not share with us because they
feel that , by opening up they may be jeopardizing their manhood. Thus, the man who holds a lot of things inside eventually becomes resentful and closed up. We always think whats going on his head now but at times guys just don't think anything at all.. its just too blank..yea the typical stereotype guy acts really cool outside but definately doesn't like it from heart.. yeah gurls do have to understand that guys just look out for fun.. what would be a guys dream? Earn big, Go to Vegas have a bash with friends. the best part is they act very intelligent and try cooking up some story and end up being caught red handed..lolz.. they just don't know to lie or hide. And not to mention their love for numbers.. they have a wonderful memory when it comes to scorecards.But i would call it selective memory coz they never good with anniversaary dates, birthday dates. They just love to be a master of all and love trying some adventure such as household work trying to show that they are helpful or they can live independently but they do messing things up more. They are very smart in explaining that there is a small line between looking and ogling which is never accpeted. They are not consistent as we think, they are super cool and funtoss to some situations when it's not their girl friend. Now the Girlfriend comes up with an issue there he goes proving how philosophical he is about life and how over caring he is towards her..! thats the typical guy possessiveness which just pops out of his big head filled with so many questions which he wanted to talk out but never did and there he gets the best option to outburst.On the whole men are supposedly responsible, smart and intelligent.
Now going to the other side of the so called complicated heads with lot of twist and turns, the love of every men – The Women. n important aspect that one has to keep in mind when trying to understand women is that a woman passes through many different stages in her life. She plays many different roles; she is a mother, a sister, a wife, a friend and a human .They are just this typical jaba jaba talkative with very long tongues who loves gossips. It's very easy to open up their minds, just a lil homework on how to gain trust and being sweet can do it. But not to mention that there are always exceptions where some serious homework is needed if you really intend to break into their heads. Another bunch of girls who just love guys being themselves and not trying to be others just for the fact to impress the girl. Most of women feel very strongly about their opinions and general overview of what life and other people behavior should be. And, most of the time they may be right, since women are given that amazing sense of intuition and righteousness.  And not to mention their love for the silly kiddish games and making people guess in the name of surprise. They also twist the entire scenario just to make the guy think complicated. They love to be pampered, consoled, loved and admired. Well satisfying a girl is like trying to count the stars in the sky. And to talk about the memory, they have such love for numbers that they are right always and remember even the slightest and the smallest information. Guys hate this part of the women brain just coz they remember whats spoken 6 to 8 months ago and the feel its inadmissible for them to pull that into the last conversation.A woman wants the men to change for her and adapt her ways; so she should at least consider his requests and thoughts. The women can make the changes, and adjust to his means for the sake of her relationship.  Unlike men, we are very receptive and adoptable to changes! Best way to console a girl when she is upset is just take her out for shopping, then later on would end up being upset for taking them out. They are such a shopoholics. They would just get the whole lot just for one reason wow it looks so cute..! woww watte color..! i dun have this design..! wat da hell its so so cheap just buy as much as you can..!90% of men would probably pay a fortune to enter in their lover’s mind and discover all her deepest secrets. What all women want in their lives though is just a sense of belonging and security. Every woman looks out for safety in her life; she wants to feel safe and independent yet she does feel the necessity to be challenged and contradicted at times too.In the mind of a woman, runs a river of words, of emotions, of sorrows, and at times a river of happiness. For all of you out there, get yourself prepared because in her mind, there is absolutely no black or white!

But we have to accept that reality is different, once we learn to live with it then things are less complicated. So just don't think too much.. ;-)

Feeling Cloud 9 ?

Happy? hyper? excited? do all these relate to cloud 9? or do u believe in cloud 9? Personally, yes i do.. very much in fact.. We never understand that happiness is just an attitude.It's just up to us for living it happy. We either make ourself feel miserable and pathetic or happy and strong.
First time in life am feeling much better than ever. Life is going good with hectic schedules yet should say great. Feeling lucky enough to get some good positive emotions everyday(touch wood).Somehow i catch myself to the point that i'm smiling more these days, not sure what the reason is again. But the feels good just to be back to myself after a couple of months of frustration. Being myself the way i want, the way i am feels really great .We always complain  about life but we never realize that we would be much happier if start to look beyond the imperfections. It's just about living life pinky and happy. You got the right to be happy. You just have to be. If you are, everything will fall in place. So just pull in yourself and FEEL GOOD! FEEL HAPPY! Yeppie I'm on cloud 9.. lolz.. keep smiling :)

What's a Perfect Dream Relationship

Have you ever wondered how most of us dream about the same things? We might be different. We might argue a lot. We might fight and try to prove our point of view. But in the end of the day when we  go to bed and are one on one with our thoughts and dreams and desires we want the only one thing - admit it or deny it - we want to be loved. And we want to be happy. And somehow one does not go without another. 

All of us dream of this someone who is perfect..we always feel that the other person's life is more happier and fun than yours.. n We take time to trust someone unconditionally. it's  about meeting  that one person who can read their mind, answer their questions before these questions are actually being asked. it's about meeting that person who can bring excitement, happiness, joy in their life. it's about meeting that special someone who can literally take their breath away just by being there. We have not. But we know we will. We hope, we dream and while we are lonely at this very moment we know very well that it is not going this way forever. Or so we hope.

What do we love to dream.. a dream just to make us  realize  how lucky they are to have something that beautiful in their life. Having someone who can make an ordinary moment seem magical; who can bring out the best in them and make them want to be a better person. Having someone who is their best friend; the person who will drop everything to be with them at any time of the day no matter what the circumstances, when it is needed. Having someone who can make them  smile like no one else can. the fact that a good relationship doesn’t just happen. Couples who stay together for years aren’t just lucky. It requires both people to actively care for and work on the relationship.

there was a gurl who was more of a guy..! yeah the tomboy of our group i wud say.. very stylish in her own style.. flashy colors painted nails.. red haired.. someone who loves music n photography.. was a very silent gurll.. n fact the only gurl who never used to look @ guys.. may be she never used to talk much about them..the most closedmouth gurl opened up in the land of the most populous British city "Birmingham". i would call her the chic gurl.. well not jus modern by looks but also by thought.. ! can say we became close off late..thanks to skype ;-) but she is someone who doesnt really open up that fast.. ! she is a perfect organizer..very calm n patient..u can pull her leg bigtime n all that she would say is" unga kudi bodhai ku na side dish ??? please pa dun damage so much"lolz.. n yeahh recently found n lotta parties.. loves to hangout with frends.. someone who is jus fills the place with happiness and fun would be her..n this s jus too small to explain about the gurl who tries colorful stuffs .. cheers liny.. 

My sissy friend

hmm... What do i say abt the sissy frend..my childhood friend.. met her first in dainty dolls our pre- school then again in school..we became really close n the 8th grade.. then used to go for math n french classes together.. then as time passed things started to change.. she turned out to be my wonderful sissy friend who always shows the right path.. well we used to be almost 24x7 together.. used to hangout in bb.. then have some small chats which turns out to be hours.. then we reach home again start our gossips.. lolz.. used to play a lot of pranks.. n she s someone whom i treasure a lot.. she is also one among those few who can figure out wat am up to.. the first gurl n our group to tie the knot.. wow.. we all were so so happy for her.. n i was more excited.. it was more like my sis wedding than to say my best frends wedding.. she s very innocent not innocent very friendly n sweet yet matured.. the only gurl who talks sensibly (at tyms).. someone who pulls my leg big time.. someone who jus makes me feel i have a family..! i am jus talking about my best sissy frend shruthi..! a friendship that turned out to be a sissy frend..n filled life with so much fun..

This is something that anyone could relate them self to.. and am not that anyone out of the box.. but am very glad to have few great friends to give me the KICK lyk the one n inception.. lol.. the KICK that brings an instant smile.. the overwhlemed happiness which you longed for and all of it comes in a flash..click there it comes.. the most brigthening smiles u ever had..now this feel has no words.. in this material world where all under stress n strain.. u get one call or message when u are totally down n u feel so refreshed and cared.. looking back to the years, the moments made by you.. the smallest joys noticed.. less may be the time spent together..the more we got to know each other , a special relation that would be cherished thru'out life.. never been formal..always gave a hope that there's an unopen door jus waiting for me.. and someone who helped me prove my talents.. someone who was the best shoulder to share upon.. and made me smile even in the worst situation.. someone who could light up the place with fun and happiness.. few never realize the real friendship underlining the relationship.. someone who finds when am down without even explaining a word..a friend to b more precise a special friend who just sweeps your feet of da ground and flashes in smiles.. not all can understand wat its all about other than us..! he is my bestt buddyy.. n i don't wanna say a thanks and make it formal.. lol no matter how busy you are.. how crazy you are.. jus wanna say that i cherish your friendship a lot.. cheers to our friendship..
